    Had a comprehensive breakfast, a brand-new room with an astonishing view of the beach and surfers paradise. The pool area was lovely and the location was perfect and magnificent, really close to surfers paradise beach and shops, and the light rail station. Surfers Paradise district was worth visiting.

    The check-in was quick & easy with a very helpful staff.The room was very clean and comforatble and the room service staff were thoughtful and unobtrusive.It one of very few hotels in the area that offer a 1 night stay (not 3-5 night packages only).

    Room was spacious and clean, balcony is great, view is very good, especially if you're on a high floor. Swimming pool a bit small, but sea side is just meters away. In general - a good hotel and definitely value for money if you book via agent. .

    Free parking and amazing breakfast for cheaper rate. Efficient check-in, late check-out, freshly renovated room with drinks, bar plus excellent amenities. Location - marvellous, very close to Stingrays and Bazaar. Also, to ocean.

    The Beautiful Ocean View Twin room was spacious, clean, and had quirky decor. We loved the balcony with a beautiful sea view and the ample seating for our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in half an hour early.

    Nothing significant, just a bit distant from the main attractions.

    Rooms could use better maintenance, especially for the bathrooms!!! The cleanliness was below standard with noticeable dirt and grime that detracted from the overall appeal!!! Improvements needed in room amenities!!!
